EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Our company has been with NAB for over 10 years and we have never had an issue with NAB Reservoir or Thornbury. The ladies at NAB Preston are terrible and very unhelpful. Would rate a zero if I could.

service is bad , rude and super slow.
I have been Nab Customer for long time, never see her before, she act like a boss.
Now I’m moving all my money somewhere else due to this issue.

Customers beware!! Some staff are RUDE and LAZY in this branch. It's a shame as some staff are lovely. Not an inch more will those lazy ones do than they have to. Forget to fill in a number on your deposit slip....off you go to the end of the line and wait another 30 minutes to be served. Management need to take a good hard look at this branch and do some serious customer service and public relations work with some staff.
