People who complain about the wait time should see the amount of work load that is completed by such short number of employees. Possibly the most hard working group of workers I have ever seen in my experience. Ever Since I have switched from Westpac to NAB, I can say nothing else but the fact that NAB chermside grants the best banking experience a customer can ask for. Their knowledge, enthusiasm and determination to provide the best customer service is commendable. Sure the wait time can be a issue at times but that is due to its location (busy area). But yet they do the work of the highest quality. I am very Happy to have a bank account at this branch cause I know that I am in reliable hands. Thanks a lot chermside.
