went to talk to the bank about applying for a home loan. Booked an appointment with them and the banking advisor was 20 minutes late. We filled in the paperwork with them and never heard from them again. Emailed the advisor several times and was always given a date that everything would be provided. To this date (5 weeks later), I still have not received anything from him, not even a courtesy email. I wouldn't do business at this branch again or with the banking advisor. It is obvious that this branch is unable to handle delegation of responsibilities or manage a branch as the banking advisor that we were dealing with was apparently also doing the role of the bank manager. This is poor management from my perspective. Needless to say we didn't get a loan with them.
