This NAB Branch is absolutely hopeless. My first experience with the bank was when I took a home loan with this branch. In the loan approval stage, the banking advisor that was assigned my case took frequent days off and I had to proactively chase up my case so that my settlement date wouldn't be delayed.

Not quite sure about this NAB branch - you walk in and if you don't have a transaction to take care of at the teller, you feel kind of lost.
The enquiry staff are at desks working away while you stand in the middle of them all for a few minutes before anyone looks up and gives you a strange look - I have stood there for over 5 minutes before and in the end I just approached one of them and asked for help - they didn't look too happy with me because I interrupted them.
They definitely need organisation and a dedicated staff member to greet and assist customers when they only wish to make enquiries and not just a transaction.
i will only use this branch if I need to make any transactions on my personal accounts.
