DO NOT USE THEM if you require a mortgage. The team there do not share information, its taken 5 weeks to arrange pre-approval because some team members were away sick. Getting a return phone call is impossible, it just doesn't happen and its up to the customer to do the constant chasing up. They do not contact your solicitor or conveyancer so you have to guess where your application is in process. We had to extend the cooling off period on a property we had put a deposit on twice just for the bank to get through some paper work. NAB desperately needs to find a way to communicate within the teams and credit branches as it goes on for weeks of "sorry still no answers". FIND ANOTHER BROKER.
