Visited 17 Nov ‘17 to open a savings account for my infant daughter. My second visit as at my first I was asked to return in 2 hours which I couldn’t do.

Came earlier today at 9:45am. Asked to return 40 minutes later as the branch was packed. Returned at 10:30, but only attended to at 11:30, left the branch at 12:15. I realised the branch is always busy but as a major bank they should have a discussion as to how to reduce wait time. What a ‘substandard’ when compared to the major banks around in the centre.
