Had some issues with our account so made an appointment to see one of the advisors in there and very happy with the service. Everything was sorted out whilst I was there and it wasn't a two minute fix either but that was ok as needed it to be done correctly as the call centre messed up. Lady was really lovely and wasn't rushed even though I was there past closing.
