Nader Jewellers

In 2009 I purchased a diamond wedding band from Nader in Parramatta, I had shopped around and was disappointed with Gregory Jewellers who were unprofessional, so the staff at Nader were a nice contrast, really nice, very patient, and were very helpful.2 years later, after wear and tear, one of the diamonds fell out of the band. I went back to Nader to have it re-set which they did for a small fee, the cost of the new small diamond, and they cleaned the ring. Every year I have gone back and asked them to check that all the diamonds are still secure and clean (even though I didn't ask for the clean), and they do this without charging me and always with a smile. Their after-service is exceptional and this is why I always trust them to go back.

I feel the previous review with one star is unfair as I have never encountered rude staff, maybe I am just lucky.

Utterly appalling customer service. Very rude and unhelpful.
