i have contacted nagoya motors to inform them that the vehicle they sold me had lost all brakes due to a rear caliper not being bolted to the car.... not even a simple apology was given... there reply was "this is the phone number of the mechanic that did the rear wheel bearings for us, contact him"
i informed them that i had no dealings with that mechanic and it was THEM i purchased the car from
"you have a warranty, contact the warranty company or the mechanic"
my last message to them was that they have technically sold me an unroadworthy car that could have potentially caused a fatal accident.
To which they replied "passed blue slip, you have no dealer warranty" again, still no apology
Dear Sir/Madam, could you please advise what vehicle you purchased (make, model, rego or stock number) and when / how soon after purchase you had a problem with brakes, approximate date it happened (and who was a salesman you dealt with and the person who refused to address your complaint please and date this taken place ? )
I am a director of Nagoya Motors and the company is under new management since April 2017 but I need to address and rectify any issues arising.

I would never eva by a car off them. The car I bought had the k's rolled back and one thing after another has gone wrong with it. Gearbox 3k , electric windows, electric seats , rocket cover gasket, head gasket, ball joints and the list goes on and on. I wish I'd never heard of this company as this car has caused so much stress. The warranty company is worse. Power steering went and the warranty staff told me to go to pirtrk for replacement rubber hoses when the original was small steel tubing.
what type of car did you buy there?I am looking at van they have, and wondering about them.
I purchased a Japenese imported car from Nagoya Motors which appeared well kept with incredibly low Kms for a 2008 model. Upon taking it to get a service, my mechanic informed me that the engines degradation did not match the Km reading and that the wear and tear he found was more in line with a car you that would have well over 120,000 Kms on the meter. This has been an incredibly stressful experience for me.
I would strongly recommend having a qualified mechanic look over the car if you intend on using Nagoya Motors, I will not be buying from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I recently purchased a car from Nagoya motors most of the details were done over the phone. The car was not in the condition I was told with minor rust and some very poor touch up paint to cover a large scrape. The interior was as described in very good cond. I was an interstate buyer and the car failed to pass roadworthy inspection. The warranty provided did not fulfil the coverage as stated in the contract with the excuse of wear and tear. I then contacted the dealer to have them say all the right things but with a very aggressive attitude promising to call me back within 24 hours to give me a mechanic who they know to re assess the verdict. I have had no response to date and would not recommend Nagoya Motors for your dream car. Buyer beware they are not interested in quality cars only your hard earned cash. I would not recommend them or buy from them again.
Yep , the warranty sucks. Paid 17k for a Stagea and it's the worst car I ever bought. It has cost me thousands and the warranty they will argue with you. May as well of shoved the 17k down the toilet. My mechanic said the 70 000km is more like 270000 km and that the car is a nightmare. They need to be put out of buisiness.
