I was surprised to see such a low score but then I realised that we only put effort when things go wrong. I had a very good experience and pedi that lasted over a month. I will come again. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is switching between me and another customer.
Terrible. Today, I was quoted $5 by a staff member for the removal of my shellac nail polish when I was viewing the price menu at the door, which I accepted. Throughout my treatment I received terrible service, as the management preferred to make social phone calls as they removed my shellac. The management then reacted rudely when I did not want any further services.
When I approached the cash register, the management staff informed me that the price was now $10. I refused to pay this amount as it was not the original quoted price, and I had no other treatments. I was banned from the store when I confronted them about the misleading prices; I was told to "never come back". Don't worry, I won't!
I've been there twice now, My nails are nice and exactly how I asked which I am happy with, However there prices and quotes are always wrong. I was first quoted $20 for acrylic refills then charged $30, the second time quoted $20 had to pay $5 - they were basic acrylics, no French tip, shellac, broken nail nothing!! wasn't happy with the price or there customer service, if you want a good job go here however expect to be quoted wrong and spoken to rudely.
