Nail N Forever

Rude, dirty, unprofessional. An awful experience. The manager stated that he could have us in as a walk in and told us to take a seat, and that we would be served ‘shortly’. What followed was a 30 minute wait with no updates as to when our nail service might commence. When I politely asked how much longer we would be waiting, I was told another 20 minutes. I expressed disappointment at the lack of transparency around the wait time the manager told me to ‘go away’. The manager is a man with greying black hair and an attitude that his customers are dollar signs. Antiquated approach to (lack of) customer service, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
