Outstanding!. Our dogs look forward to visiting their Holiday Home.
Been using NALLA since 2012. Two medium dogs; Although one is seriously overweight.
Staff are brilliant and genuinly Care for our pets.
Cant comment on cats. As they are mercinary, Self Centred creatures any how'!

We were waiting outside and soon as 1 pet owner came out, heard the receptionist shouting at the dogs for barking, she did not know that we were within earshot. We quickly turned and left.
Previously, our cat was boarded there and we notice that it took them 1 minute to get her out which only meant one thing, our cat was placed in her carrier already and who knows for how long!
I would not use Nalla Resort at all nor recommend them.

Awful for cats. We looked at the cattery, it was outdoor, small cages and the area was very dark. Cages didn't have scratching poles or shelves to climb on or windows to look out and were stacked on top of each other. There were six cats in there but we couldn't see them, either it was too dark or they were hiding. Straight after we went to the other kennels and cattery and all the cats were out and came over to look at you - only one was hiding - all cats had levels to climb up on, a couple of beds and interesting scratching poles, it was light and open and about 50 times bigger. I wouldn't recommend Nalla for cats at all!!!
