The customer service from the staff here is appalling Jarjit in particular. The girls gave my dad half open bottle of beer he tried to get lip off that was still stuck on beer it dropped and smashed no replacement was offered even when we asked the smashed bottle still had lid attached. Then our food Sat on the service bench for like 10 min before they brought it out to us . Then to top it off the two serves of chips never came out we finished our food still no chips this was the worst experience ever. DONT GET FOOD HERE!
Absolutely brilliant! I would like to take the opportunity to thank Sarah from the Chermside Shopping Centre restaurant for all her help when we ate there. As a Coeliac, eating out is often a very disappointing and stressful experience. Sarah was very, very understanding and went out of her way to make our dining experience safe and enjoyable and gave me a lot of information about the items on your menu that are gluten free. I cannot commend or thank her enough and Nandos Chermside Westfield will now become our eating out venue due to how easy and stress free the whole experience was. Thank you so much Nandos. I don't think you realise just how much your helpfulness changed my dining out experience.
