I am not generally impressed with most take a ways. But here me my friends, Nando's Essendon Fields IS an exception. First the bad news, they are so busy at main meal times that finding a seat inside or out could be very tricky. The good news, if you cannot eat there (which I preferred) you can take away. the chips are amongst the best I have ever eaten. the extra hot sauce is the hottest in any shop I have ever visited. Just do not make my mistake. I was able to eat the extra hot sauce... until i added the ground pepper. that ramped the heat so much more that I left 1/3 of my chips behind. But I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken burger. Service was friendly. Prices reasonable.
