Wish I could vote less. Ordered $27 worth of food and received less food than I would of got as an entree in a restaurant. The quarter chicken was more like a quarter bird with absolutely no meat on it(even looked like the chicken had meat cut off it). I asked the staff member how this was a quarter chicken and she gave me a smart remark saying that it is half of a 1/2 chicken. The Mediterranean salad taste like it came straight out of a coles packet. The halloumi was one piece of halloumi cut in to 7 pieces. Geez times must be really tough for these guys to be this tight. Absolutely pathetic will tell all my friends and show them the photos of my baby finch bird meal.
Nandoos is exploting customers. Particularly this restaurant is the worst. No customer service and hygiene at all. every emeployee stinks. I saw the shift manager was serving chicken from the floor. Feel free to google to learn about thier malpractice. Just AVOID NANDOOS.
Yesterday was my second time visiting a Nando's restaurant in Adelaide and my first time ordering takeaway from Nando's. The order taker was okay but the attitude of the girl making my order was abhorrent.
This is even worse than services at other fast food restaurants when Nando's is more pricey. I would expect better service. Even my first visit to another Nando's in Adelaide to dine in was only okay, service still worse compared to say, KFC. If you guys don't train your staff, it will be such a shame because I do like your chicken. That said, without good service, it's just chicken. Nothing more.
