I have been to your store many times before, I felt the service is really good. Today I just want to compliment the cook on one of the best Nandos full chicken Xtra hot and chips I have ever eaten in Melbourne. The cook was David- the chicken was most succulent and perfect. I did phone the store and speak to David, he was really surprised to receive this compliment. Initially he was shocked and apologetic and wanted to know what he could do to improve and how he could make me happier. Only later did he realise I was actually complimenting and not complaining. I think the taste has alot to do with the cook sometimes it is more succulent than others. Thanks for making this a good experience, I will definitely be back and more often and tell others about you.
Didn't even have the opportunity to taste the food from this Nando's as their service was simply shocking! The place was empty what looked like several staff members were sitting round a table at the back (possibly having a staff meeting), one staff available to serve but she was on the phone. We made eye contact, she knew i was there waiting to order but instead continued on the phone with what clearly sounded like a personal call and not food related. After signing and tutting and shaking my head at her for more than 10 minutes i gave up and left. I will not be returning, clearly they didn't want my business.
