Nando's
Nandos, one of my classic favourite for a quick lunch or bite while I'm at Highpoint. I love taking my son here because he loves the chips here. Although a little too young to enjoy peri peri salt on his chips but he is more than happy to have it plain. I don't have big expectation of Nandos and i receive the same level of service every time in which is perfectly fine with me. Staff are always friendly and smiling and always greet every customer i notice walking in making an order. Because most occasions i only order chips, it does come out pretty quick. When i do order a burger or chicken i still find to be served quite quick. My only downfall is i wish the serving was bigger for the price I pay for chips. Must say i find the serving here slightly smaller for a large size compared to other Nandos.
If you're up for something better than food court food - it's worth coming here for a quick bite. I ordered the Two's A Party Pack $27.25with 2 extra Peri Peri Chips with peri peri salt which was great. Always thought Nandos was average but it has been a few years since I last tried it so I thought it might have improved. The sauce is delicious, especially the hot one, but chicken is flavoursome but I find that it's a bit on the pricier side.
Can't go wrong with Nando's. Consistent food and staff are always friendly. I like this Nando's because they tend to open later than other Nando's and it's good if you are watching a movie at Highpoint, you can grab a quick bite to eat before or after the movie here. During weekends, tends to get quite busy here and you may have to wait for a seat.
