Nando's

I called in to pre-order a takeaway meal. The staff member that answered was rude and abrupt and didn't even take my name. Upon collection of my order I was told no orders are taken without names. They argued with me and still called out my order under a different name.

Seriously focus more on service. I will go there again.

The service is pathetic, i did not like the staff manners and they gave me half cooked chicken. A lot of my friends also complained about this restaurant. Not impressed at all

Service was awful I had to ask many times to get an extra sauce bottle and they replied with why? And what for? Not sure what they expected me to do with the sauce... Worst nandos experience so far

Found a big thick black hair in my food, service was slow too. I called and they said they would give me some free Nando's i told them no thanks

The food is always excellent. However the service is very slow, not friendly or helpful.
