A franchise should have the same rules and policies across their network but when I came in to this Nando's yesterday to buy a meal I was met with excuses why they would not accept my Nando's frequent customer loyalty card. That pathetic ness aside, the store was spotless but at 5.45 pm I was the only customer in there. What does that say to you, folks?
