Does Naomi take a decent photo? Yes, sure.
But is the supplementary drama worth it, absolutely not.
Our shoot took place in Feb 2022 and we have only just received our package in its entirety.

I definitely DO NOT recommend Naomi's as a photographer. I booked her for our large family group (14 people). She was unpleasant and rude at the photo shoot, and when the kids started taking photos on their mobile phones she refused to continue until they put them away! Naomi took hundreds of 'candid' photos (eg, kids playing with mobile phones while waiting for their group photo etc), rather than the family group photos that we asked for. After looking at more than 500 photos at the viewing, we couldn't find sufficient good photos for the agreed $1100 package of 21 photos, so we chose to forfeit our $300 deposit (and got NO photos) rather than pay another $800. We tried to get our deposit back at Fair Trading but because the contract didn't specify the exact group photos we wanted, the Tribunal said no.
I had family photos taken with my 1 year old daughter. We were very happy with the relaxed environment and Naomi was very patient with a tired cranky 1 year old. Naomi was not pushy for us to purchase a lot of photos and gave experienced suggestions in grouping photos to make sure we had some memorable shots of our daughters different expressions. I would recommend Naomi to any family especially those with small children.
