Napier Fish & Chippery

First discovered them when nobody else was open on a public holiday. Burgers were great. But when we have ordered fish and chips they usually are longer than they say and don't seem to be able to get everything cooked and ready at same time. I'm sure the product seems good, but not when covered in grease and some are hot and some just warm. I shouldnt have to wipe the fat off my fingers and lips. This last time for me was when I was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived and was told mine was next up. I sat and waited until over an hour since when i ordered, then went to counter to ask what was happening. Then they brought my order, fat showing through wrapping, as before. When I got it home I struggled through it, but my wife couldn't eat hers, it was so greasy. How can 7 people not work things more efficiently? I'm going back to Sussex seafoods thank you. Good quality and they know how to shake the oil out of a basket properly!

Friendly customer service, yummy food. Definitely will go back there.
