I asked to get my makeup done (full face) they let me know the cost was $89 and it was redeemable with cosmetics. The staff were unprofessional and my makeup was average, I could have had a better job done watching a youtube tutorial! They have no prices on there items so I had to ask how much everything costs and the reply was really bland, they didn't make any sense and starts adding additional products i didn't want, after explaining to the staff that done my makeup that i just want $89 worth of products they said theres nothing that adds up to it and usually people spend way over $89 as that was the minimum. I don't give a s*** about the minimum if I wanted to spend over $100 I would, but not on useless staff! I asked to just use $87 worth of products but they wouldn't let me? Understandably I was there on race day last year, but the staff was fantastic and listened to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful eye look. However what I am disappointed in is that I told the staff I tend to wear very light foundation, staff proceeded to apply a thick foundation stick rather than a BB cream or a light liquid foundation. We also had to wait an hour after our appointment time. While I understand we were on a busy event day, however if you know how long it takes to give a customer your full attention and how many appointments you have for the day, do not over book! It just makes me less inclined to come back to you.

I did not like this store at all. Many of my friends suggested I try this brand as they preferred it over the other well-known brand that I use. The staff weren't very interested in serving me and I seemed to bother them when I requested help. I asked for a foundation to match my skin tone and through a combination of the terrible lighting and staff, walked out looking like I had just sprayed an orange all over my face.
