Narangba Autos

After having a fault quoted from three other plces (two were major chains) minimum cost was $800, NA would not quote without seeing so sent someone around to pick car up and repaired it for $300 and dropped car back, that was 10yrs ago and have been having both cars serviced there ever since, honest a affordable, best mechanic I have ever dealt with.

Narangba Auto's has been really helpful whenever my family have gone there with problems with our cars. Their staff are helpful and friendly and have almost always fixed the problem. I would recommend them highly.

I went to Narangba Auto's for a repair job on my ute, I did not get it fixed but I ve to admit they are professionals, with a real good advice on what needs to be done , truly local and friendly .

dont bother with this place. should of read the reviews before going there. was in desperate need to get my car back for work and at first everything seemed great. I was happy to pay a little extra because they got me in and said it would be done in the next couple of hours. well here we are 2 days later just getting my car now and all they could say was sorry. they kept getting the wrong part.
I understand there might of been some issues with the parts but the way in which the management spoke to me over the phone way disgraceful. Ill be making sure I tell everyone I know to steer clear.
Only positive to the whole experience was the way the mechanic dealt with the situation when I went to pay. My advice to this person would be to leave and go somewhere where the management have the same customer values that this person definitely has.
