Narre Warren South - Licensed Post Office

Unfortunately this post office is the closest to my house so all my parcels go to it when i'm not home. I try to avoid it at any means possible as i always get a rude clerk and get overcharged or argued with. My last visit i got snickered at and laughed at by one of the ladies with blonde hair and tattoo's behind the counter when my parcel clearly went throuh as a large letter not a parcel because i refused to pay the extra $6 per parcel when i didn't need to. There was clearly no need for it as i told her i'd gladly go to another post office if she didn't want to put it though. My husband has had the exact same problem and its hard when you run a business and rely on their service both inwards and outwards. The line is always out the door and they are so very slow but it is a small street like post office. It's just a shame that the ladies wish to treat everyone the way they do. Staff are rude and slow , customer service is poor.

There's a line always out the door, 2-3 times a day.

About time Australia Post got with the times and extend trading hours of these outlets and get staff who enjoy their jobs.
