Narregate Medical & Dental Centre

If you go into the place they are great to deal with, but answering phones and Telehealth appointments they never seem to know how to use a phone.

Hello all,
I have been going to this centre now, for about 10 years.
Despite some negative comments, I personally have always been looked after with high professionalism from the whole package Doctors, receptionist, nurses, and pharmacists.
The staff there meet all kinds of individuals throughout their days, while some are pleasant and some, well not so pleasant and they have to cater for everyone.
That said, I believe that we should all put ourselves in their shoes before sending negative thoughts.
To all the staff from Narregate, keep up the wonderful job you're all doing.

Never going back! Reception staff were repeatedly rude over the phone previously and today was the last straw. Went asking for help for my dad and was treated rudely by Dr Gupta and the receptionist (after the hour long wait to see someone). Absolutely no interest in helping the patient and no compassion. I left in tears and cried all the way home. Don't go there.

The wait can be really long, so bring a book or iPad - but it is so worth it to see a good dr. Dr Abby Verma is the best doctor I have seen. He is also great with kids and made my children feel so much better - they're usually scared of the doctor, but he is just so lovely. Thanks dr aby

I have been going to this medical centre on and off over the years and have finally found an awesome doctor. Not only does he give alot of his time really listening to what your problem is, he genuinely cares. Always well mannered and respectful and explains everything. He has my vote and i wont see anyone else. Thank you Dr Verma.
