Encouraging growth through a positive learning environmentNatasha is an experienced flute and violin teacher with a Bachelor of Music with Honours from the University of Melbourne. She specialises in classical and baroque music and teaches all ages. She is flexible, organised and loves to pass her passion for music and learning onto her students - she believes passion is contagious! Natasha's lessons focus on fun, improvement and a lifelong love of music. She has experience teaching students of all ages from toddlers and preschoolers to students aged 50+.

Natasha is flexible regarding lessons times and teaches in Burwood. She tailors lessons to suit her students and their individual needs and personalities. She also provides lessons for exam and audition preparation, AMEB exams, performance preparation and music for leisure. Students may choose to be classically trained or pursue a more modern approach to their chosen instrument. They enjoy fun and engaging lessons, games days and student concerts.
A specialist in Baroque and early music, Natasha has a love of period instruments and historically informed performance and likes to incorporate this into her lessons. She completed her Bachelor of Music with Honours from The University of Melbourne under the tutelage of renowned musician Greg Dikmans. Natasha has been a member of the Melbourne-based Banda Giuseppe Verdi, University of Melbourne Baroque Ensemble, Hopkins Sinfonia and various small ensembles and groups. She has performed at the National Gallery of Victoria and St John's Southgate as a soloist, the Arts Centre, Trinity Chapel and Melbourne Town Hall as well as more intimate performances at a number of weddings and parties.

Natasha is a fantastic teacher and an all around lovely human. I am a fellow music teacher in the area and regularly recommend Natasha to anyone wanting to learn flute or violin. My daughter has been learning the flute from Natasha for 4 years, and she has developed a real love and appreciation for music, as well as developing amazingly well as a flautist. Natasha is an enthusiastic,fun and vibrant teacher who is great at engaging her students. She has a wonderful way with younger children and has an absolute talent in keeping them interested and motivated. I cannot rate her highly enough.
