Terrible job, just wanna to finish quick, whatever he said with client,he didn't remember,make mistake, high fee,he charge 10% of total tax refund so if u get 4k back, you pay him 400$ For individual tax. I will never come back there again.
We lift our fees to clients whom we believe to be unreasonable in their expectation and demand. Thus we don't want them to be our client.
