Over a month ago they told me they could find me insurance for my business. They said that there was plenty of options for my specific concerns and will have a list of insurerers that will cover me within a week. I called back after a week and they said they already had some quotes and is waiting on some more, so I left it to wait for them to call me back. I called them a couple of times since then and always got the same response, that it will happen soon and they will call me back soon. After time and time again calling them every few days to check on the progress, they told me they sent me an email over the weekend with all the quotes, but it wasn't in my inbox.
