Peter the Owner of National Patios supervised our Job. As a builder, he obviously takes pride in making happy Customers. His integrity in the whole process from the showroom to the build was a pleasure.

No after sales customer service. A yr on the roof still leaks. Owner (Peter) just says that happens. They sub contract out their work. Do not use these people!! They will take you for a ride!! Find a real trade.

After the recent death of my husband I wanted to complete a job that he wanted to do, the job being an insulated roof on our balcony so we could make more use of our outdoor area. I contacted Peter at National Patios and from there on the job was a breeze. The team were prompt, reliable and very efficient and their workmanship was impeccable. I should know my husband was a very fussy builder by trade.

We would never recommend National Patios to anyone( not even to our worse enemies) The worst company that we have ever come across. They would tell you something and draw unclear plan for something elsethat you would never realise in your plan. Never sticks to the time/ schedule. It took them more than 3 months to complete for a plan they promised in 2 weeks.Money is their only motive.Only later that i did realise many of our friends have cancelled their agreement with national patio due their attitude. Please always check your plan very carefully and indetail and what they display IS NOT what you get. Happy to given you feedback if youneed more info

The pergola they built for me is a good product and well put together by a competent tradesman. In the quote process, however, they did not know the dimensions of their own product, so I ended up not getting the exact roof area I wanted. Also, looking back, I realise their staff generally were rude. That's odd, given the competition in this market.
