after dealing with the frustration of jetty street closed for great lengths and not being allowed to cross at the nearest crossing.. (despite vehicle action not having started..i thought i would stop for my scripts at national health pharmacy glenelg.(INSTEAD OF CHEMIST WARE HOUSE WHERE I HAD INTENDED TO GO.). that was my second mistake.. the first was coming to glenelg in the first place.
on approaching the FIRST assistant she took quite some time processing the scripts.. which was peculiar.. most assistants take 30-40 seconds.. she told me i would be waiting 10 mins. the young person behind the chemists counter piped up and said there was a 25 min wait.. did i know her ? was she CRANKYwith me? since i protested as i had to meet my daughter at 3.30pm . the time of submitting the scripts was 3pm. your asssistants served everyone but me as i waited.. ...read more
I have had multiple extremely bad experiences with this store that I choose to avoid shopping here. Today I had to go as family needed an item and we are still members of national pharmacies so thought why not try one more time. Haha I'm cancelling my membership if it has not lapsed already.
We did not want to make this purchase but needed the product after asking for help twice, both times staff talking loudly amongst each other.
another staff member when mentioning how unacceptable the way we were treated were, her response was to inform us of all the roster issues they were having.
Our state has quite a high unemployment rate, I'm quite sure there are a lot of people who would just like a job and take pride in having that job. ...read more
