AWFUL SERVICE
On the 5th of Feb 2019, I went there at about 8 pm to buy my medicine. An Asian lady with glasses WOULDN'T give me my prescription because she "doesn't feel safe" giving the medicine with someone that has my symptoms. She tried to call my doctor's clinic but they were closed so she advised me to hold on the medicine for the next day to give another call. When I refused her advise, she told me to go to other stores. Its funny how Pharmacsit can think theyre better than doctors.
Unfortunately I've had a really negative experience at National Pharmacy in Salisbury. As being my local pharmacy i have been a member for two years without any complaints until today that is.Not only was i unable to get the medication i went in there for which i found to be very belittling but also the pharmacist was discussing my prescription and medication directly to other staff (which isn't so bad) but also with the on duty security guard and in front of other customers. Quite frankly I'm disgusted and will not be going back there again.
The staff at National Pharmacies are always so friendly and they are always ready to assist people with their advice. They will try order a product in they don't stock it. It is well worth being a meember to receive 20% of the marked price. This pharmacy is very bright and modern. I also find their location is handy and I like them opened on a Sunday.
