How rude can you be. I went in to ask about getting a stat dec signed and got a long rant from them about how busy they were and how police stations and solicitors can sign them. Actually signing it would have taken 1/10 of the time. The assistant said they had 2 prescriptions to do and I should go down to the other chemist. I did and they were empty. An assistant said the chemist does not sign stat decs today, come back tomorrow. Equally rude.
I know it is a community service but community is the key word. You don't have to be so rude and unhelpful. In my work, I was graceful about extra requests or when I was busy but apparently that is not the rule.
Having spent a lot of money in this strip, with an expensive purchase in train, it has now lost my custom. That's not fair to the good shops there but they need to work on the way people are treated across the board.
