A pleasure to deal with: prompt, good communication, professional and knowledgeable. The boys helped to identify problems straight away and rectify with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Admin staff were very professional and helpful.

horrendous. all focusing on the admin. the receptionist is a disgrace. when faced with an issue about the plumbers and the fact they cost me most money hitting a plublic utility line, she was uneducated and inept... when i asked to speak to the manager she said he was on the moon. the managers and the plumbers were just as unhelpful and the whole experience was HORRENDOUS. oh and after this experience, there were FAKE profiles made in my name to show i apparently had a good experience, which is ILLEGAL. they are fake, expensive and just disconnected.

Fantastic experience dealing with the team from National Plumbing - they fitted a second toilet for us at our office in Virginia. We knew it was going to be a difficult job due to the awkward layout of our warehouse, but they managed to do it in around half the time we expected and we couldn't be happier with the result. Ben was well presented and was very courteous to our staff and clients who were onsite during the fitout. It was a great experience all around and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of any sort of plumbing service
