National Products Fulfilment

We've been with NPFulfilment for a few years now. We are really happy with their service. They are very professional; their systems are great and they get our orders fulfilled within a few hours as promised. Highly recommend them.

Possibly the worst 3PL I have used in 5 years of distribution. Customer service is outsourced abroard, they do not answer their phones, and emails are generally stock answers (possibly typed by people that cannot really speak English). Speaking to a real person is actually rare after your initial conversation with a Sales Manager, who promises the world yet delivers none of it. Actual service is hugely lacking. We also experienced many issues relating to missing or misappropriated stock (both picking errors and inbound receipts). After questioning missing stock several times we were asked to leave the 3PL (despite being with them for 2 years), which we did. A full stocktake showed missing stock counted for as excess, despite the fact they had denied stock loss repeated. No apologies were given or reasons provided.
