Emails from National Sheds Management saying I would get regular updates. I have had to chase up every week to try and find out about my shed, alway with no answer.
They took my full payment two months ago last payment on the 21st May 2014 and now I can not get an answer at all on my shed ever being delivered. They do not give out a phone number so uses e-mail. A totally disgusting service, DO NOT DEAL WITH NATIONAL SHEDS!!! I spent months researching sheds and products,they even took me to see sheds they had supplied from national sheds to convince me. Once they started taking my money they became impossible to find or contact. NNote there is only one national sheds phone number that get you through to Ros. I've had this run around for over a year, have you guys got your sheds yet?

I've had a shed on order for some time now (June 4th 2014) and had become worried when I couldn't make contact with them. However, Thursday 28th & today I have spoken with a staff who was as helpful and appologetic as possible about my current situation, and has asked me to wait until Wednesday 3rd Sept. to phone. They have had a lot of staff illness recently. Although sceptical at first, I think they have tried to put the health of their employees before work (which is completely fair) but didn't put anything in place until late last week (initially by answer phone, then with Mike). I'm giving them the benefit of doubt for now....pretty sure your order, as with mine, will be completed in due course. If you want, I'd suggest just giving them a courtesy call and they would probably give you an update. Good luck
The management used to run the shed warehouse. Google it! We lost $15000! Don't pay anything more than you already have!!!
