National Sterling are my financial rock. After trying a few other brokers with little satisfaction, National Sterling I plan to keep. A friend recommended their services so I took up the 'free review' offer. The service was far superior to any other competitor vying for my opportunity. As part of the re-finance I took up health & income insurance & a nifty 'mortgage budget' tool to help 'visualise' (& more importantly 'quantify') where my loan & financial habits would lead me. Ouch - what an eye opener! Based on your current expenditure & expected income, the tool calculates the rest of the mortgage life & you see very clearly how that compares to the default, what you thought you were doing & how you can make real changes. Looking at my superannuation recently I knew I needed to make some big changes, luckily I got a letter from my account offering me a meeting with National Sterling, my advisor Tom was a great help in showing how to get more out of my super which in my forties I really need to do. Tom took my super out of the fund where it was only giving me the minimum percent and put it into one of Australia's most successful super funds. Not only that Tom came to my house after hours and to my work for follow ups and when I had a death in the family Tom offered to help with the creditors. I can not recommend National Sterling enough.
Couple of years back, we had Vince from National Sterling, educate and professionally guide on the available options for Super, Life Insurance, Total Permanent Disability and Income Protection schemes. He also helped us save money in the process. He then revisited us for a review of the Super and Insurance schemes and based on the recent market, we decided to switch and in the process saved more money while also having a comprehensive cover.
Above all he helped us get our first house on planet earth here in Greenvale, Melbourne. He worked on weekends and did all he could to meet the aggressive timelines of getting us the loan on time. Thanks a million Vince.
