Very poor service. As per the manager it is common for buidings to have breakins and thefts. Stay away from them. Appalling behavior. All residents in our building on Keeler St. Carlingford are upset as Car parking entry is non functional for last 2 weeks and there have been 2 car thefts in last 2 months.

This business is one to stay clear of unless you desire poor service, poor financial management, reluctance to follow up on requests or return phone calls/emails. They are very good at issuing threats, including legal action for telling it how it was as well as publishing home addresses of people they no longer have anything to do with. Took the SC 3 years to finally get replacement common area carpet, similar time frame to get the tiles at entry treated as they were slippery when wet. Not to forget the three occasions when the sewer backed up and flooded ground floor unit(s) at the cost to those owners. A quote was received and approved by SC as it then appeared to be an issue with the join to main sewer. However, the 3rd back flow raised the question of "wasn't this work done?" and SC given strange explanation that the next door neighbours wouldn't approve access through their yard as it might damage their driveway and garden.
