Negative 5 star rating; the worst travel company I've ever dealt with!!
We had one agent working with a group of 37 of us, however, she was only available two days a week; generally meaning a very slow response to emails/calls. Even when I made the effort to go in and speak face to face with her, she either had no idea who I was, or had no idea what was going on. There was a lot of confusing back and forth contact, many hidden costs and difficulty in making definitive decisions; in terms of travel date arrangements and prepaid [baggage] arrangements.
Whilst away on our trip, this particular agent went on leave without any notice to us, meaning people who were wanting to make other arrangements or with questions for this agent either received no response, or were made to wait over one week for a response from a different agent with no idea what was ...read more
