Terrible. Head office rings tells me I should hear from a fitting technician within the hour. At the end of the second day, I start chasing up, finally almost a week later, I get my windscreen replaced. But they did not put the windscreen wipers back properly, and when I try to use the wipers because it was raining, they did not work and almost fall off, when I ring about this and complain, I get told I will have to wait until the next day before they fix their bad job. Fat load of good when you can't drive because your wipers don't work and it's raining.
Staff are incredibly rude, yelling at me when I called for the 4th time to find out where their fitter was. Turned up more than an hour and a half late. Stay well away from these guys. I only used them as my insurance insisted. Will be changing my insurance so I'm never forced to use National Windscreens again.
