Rear window replacement job. Dropped car off for replacement window and tint. Then told they didn't have time for tinting even though I had booked the job in beforehand. Glass splinters and a large chunk of glass were left in the boot section. I needed to arrange another day to come back as the tinter preferred not to come to my home. After job was completed a lot of bubbles in the tint and the duco had some deep cuts around the rear windscreen.
