Naughty Hair and Body Skin

I used to get my hair cut here every 6 weeks but it changed hands & is now owned by a management who is very rough when washing your hair, does not engage you in conversation at all & talks to other people whilst cutting your hair which I find extremely rude. I gave them a go twice but won't be going back
