Worst customer experience I have ever had. Unbelievable, terrible service. After waiting 9 days for my hard drive to get fixed I got it back and the video card was wrong (how does this even happen on a laptop?) When I called in to enquire I was transferred, and i'm not exaggerating, 4 times before being transferrd to a technician.
I am serious , terrible. NEVER do business with them.
Terrible customer service, gave them to fix a keyboard issue, that didn't got fixed even though i had 3 yr extended warranty and when they returned , the system board fan was making a sound louder than a car radiator fan!... I'm looking at options to escalate this to the ombudsman.
My webcam wasn't working with Skype and wasn't being recognised by HP notebook. Was under warranty and was sent I NCSS.
Received my notebook and it doesn't work. The visual display mostly goes white with green stripes, sometimes work but 90% of the time is stuffed. audio made some crackling at the start, keyboard stopped working after a while. Now it won't turn on at all.
Missing part of the report, the last page, also no phone call to ask for my permission to wipe the notebook.
Will give them a ring after the weekend, but until then I am not happy.
I own a 3 month old HP computer and NCSS have been appointed to repair the computer. I sat around until 4:10pm on my booked service day. I received a phone call telling me that they won't be able to get to me as they were at Hornsby and finished work at 5pm. I will attend to your house tomorrow morning. again sat around waiting for 2nd appointment. My 9 year old daughter kept asking are we going out today. I promised to take her out after NCSS had attended this morning. No message, no apology nothing. Arrived home Monday night and had calls from NCSS telling me that NCCS would cancel my service call. It must be my fault that I wasted 12 hours WAITING. I have had to borrow my daughters computer as most of my bills arrive electronically and my next available Flexi day is not until the end of November.
