Had a terrible experience with this company, that we not only late on the first call out I had them visit my property a total of 3 times to help fix our air conditioner, had to call them back as the air conditioner begun to not work again and they charged us twice even when they could not find the problem the first or second time. After I rang up and complained again and gave them my suggestion to what I thought was wrong they came for a third time and yes it was correct and went to say it is difficult to find that problem because on it was on the back of the airconditoner unit yet a service was performed on the unit of the second visit and the technician must have have not looked throughly at the unit to miss this issue on the back of the unit. Very disappointed and am now $280 out of pocket with a airconditoner that still does not work.
