Just tried to make a booking after reading your previous good reviews, however, I must say I was left rather unimpressed. I thought engaging the services of a local would be a good idea, but perhaps not. I only wanted weeding and mulching done (which I thought fell within your advertised services of 'tidy up') and was flexible about when I needed it (anytime between now and Christmas more than 9 weeks from now) but you could not have appeared more disinterested if you tried. Perhaps you should qualify your listing and change it from 'For all your garden needs' to 'only the big jobs that I can make good money from'... that's certainly the impression you give.
Sorry Sara. The lead up to Xmas is our busiest time and Jim really is fully booked with regular clients until the end of the year.
He might have sounded disinterested but actually he was trying to do the right thing and not promise something he couldn't deliver. Hope you were able to find someone else. Cheers Martine
