Just had my first spa day here and it won't be my last!

Due to emergency work commitments ( I work in a hospital) I totally forgot about my appointment which I had made as I had been given a gift voucher from my children. As I was uncontactable the very unsympathetic staff charged my gift voucher anyway. When I called and tried to explain my circumstances they just basically said " oh well we need to pay our staff and expenses anyway ". So did they organise extra staff for my appointment..,.. I don't think so ..,... very disappointed with their lack of empathy and understanding..... I had heard great things about this place .,,. But I guess like most fancy places ..... money always comes first.

I want to express how much I loved my facial and medi pedi on Monday. The young lady was wonderful and I enjoyed every moment. I look forward to coming again.
