Ned's Deli Cafe And Gourmet Takeout

when you run a cafe or restaurant your primary market is Quality food and service. Not a bunch of disgruntled staff and supermarket grade food. I was banned from this cafe because i complained that the mushrooms were off. the food is as bad as their staff. i recommend going somewhere else if you want nice coffee.

We've tried their big breakfast, pancakes, bircher muesli and vegemite soldiers. The food is very acceptable in taste and presentation, though probably not very different from what most competent home cooks could manage. The service has always been prompt and friendly and especially child friendly.

Quite a nice cafe in Yeronga - not too busy and the staff are quite attentive. We had a waiter at our table within 2 minutes of sitting down and then again halfway through our coffee's checking that we are all good.



A couple of things to mention is that they could do a little better with their coffee presentation - the cups had spill marks on them and the hot chocolate was way too strong. Not much of a view besides the car park and other shops but still unusually quiet.



Not exactly a "wow" factor cafe but still quite good for a suburban cafe with a high turnover of customers.

Although the food is good (and coffee is ok), the service at Ned's leaves a lot to be desired when they're busy on Sunday mornings...
