Neil's Glass Service

We had a lovely experience dealing with Neil's glass. The office staff are friendly and professional. We have used them for new balustrade and new doors. The quality is excellent and the delivery and installation ran to the timetable advised. I would recommend this company to all. I cannot be any happier with the final results.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - POOR QUALITY!!!
Neil's Glass Service is a very poor service. My contractor ordered 5 sliding glass doors from them. The door spaces were measured incorrectly and the fist batch of doors delivered did not fit. Neil's glass Service (NGS) had to remake the doors completely delaying the whole renovation project. When the second set of door was delivered, the doors were of poor quality with paint drying unevenly and looking very second-rated and poor. NGS refused to redo the doors. The doors cost nearly $20,000 and were of absolutely poor quality. The only ratification they offered is to film one side to hide imperfections in the paint. Was quoted $240 for replacement of window, based on exact specs and measurements. Glass installer turned up, took one look and decided the quote was wrong. Claimed the window was at ground level (its not), that it required safety glass (it doesn't), and that the measurements were wrong (they weren't). - sure enough called the office and then advised us cost would be $540, more than TWICE the original quote. Called different store, who are known for being the most expensive provider on the market, and got the window installed same day for under $300. No fuss, no issue.
