Paulo sole owner of Neolithic provides extremely poor workmanship. His work has no attention to detail and is a slap dash happy job. Paulo talks the talk but he is lazy, unmotivated and there is no quality in his workmanship. We had a 24/Lm Rock basalt wall build and it is so bad we have to rip it down and replace it with another rock wall. The wall is crooked, not to measurements, extremely roughly built and uneven, it was suppose to be a dry face wall but cement mix everywhere, looks disgusting. Paulo will not accept responsible, terrible at communicating and shows no interest in resolving the matter. We are currently speaking with Department of Fair Trading to try resolve this matter but Paulo will take not any responsibility. If we do not receive a part refund from Paulo, we will take Paulo owner of Neolithic to the tribunal.
After trying a number of stone masons I contacted Neo Lithic who had just established himself in the area. He supplied and fitted kitchen bench tops and vanities. I found his advice helpful when deciding on a style and materials to use and am very happy with the outcome. Since completion other tradesman have commented on the high quality of the work.
