I used Nerang removals to move me from Noosa to storage in Sydney. 2017
Once moving my belongings from the storage which Nerang put them into, I was shocked to find large items missing and other items had been so poorly stored that substantial damage has been done.
I do not recommend this company. I have moved a lot and never had anything go missing or major damage done.
Their lack of care is disgraceful.
Very very disappointed!
Moving house is stressful enough without incompetent removalists. Had three old guys moving us - I don't know if we were just unlucky and they sent the bottom of the barrel guys but they've lost our custom in the future. We told them when booking that we would need to move again in 6-8 months and were planning on using them at that time as well so maybe they thought they had a free pass. The guys worked extremely slowly making the move very expensive and we ended up having to return to the old house to move the things they had left behind/forgotten. We'll be using someone else in the future and directing our friends and family in the complete opposite directon of this company.
