How this guy stays in busines I will never know. Poor service, couldn't fix a wheel barrow and wont return property to owners.
Still has my computer after 2 years and wont issue an invoice.
Didn't fix it in the first place and I dont know if its now fixed ... probably isnt.

All I can say is I'm not too sure how Jack from the Nerd Shop is still operating a business with the way he carry's not only himself but also his company - that is clearly lacking a great deal of general computer knowledge. He speaks to you like an idiot, doesn't have the slightest of manners and once things dont go his way he becomes quite passive agressive with the way he conducts himself. He is never on time, is hard to get in contact with, uses poor quality software and tends to jump through loops to fix something rather than doing it PROPERLY the first time.
My advise: STAY AWAY FROM THE NERD SHOP!
We have lost so much time and money waiting for this guy to sort out problems that he has usually caused and then he charges us to 'fix' them. His ability to solve issues is abysmal and he becomes unreachable when we are dumped in his 'too hard basket'. Appalling customer service, impossible to get in contact with, completely unreliable in terms of service or just turning up when he says he will, and spends most of the time on the phone to someone else, often for a completely unrelated issue. He treats people like idiots, often saying things to the effect of "no, you clearly don't understand what I'm saying, just do what I tell you". This level of total incompetence is just incredible.
Horrible customer service, rude staff, said multiple times to me 'you obviously didn't understand what I was saying' as if I was an idiot, lied to my partner about contacting me and to top it off, performed an overpriced service that I asked him not to do and then refused to give me back my computer and other items without a ridiculous payment!
